Nails Spa Village Salon Policies

No refunds on services rendered: We do not offer refunds once a service has been rendered or completed.  Nails Spa Village is committed to providing high-quality nail services, if you have an issue with your service, within 2 days of your completed services, we will make every reasonable effort to resolve the concern. If the issue is not reported within the stated timeframe, we will assume the service was satisfactory, and no further adjustments will be made.

 

Services Warranty/Complimentary Fixes:

We care about your nails and your Nails Spa Village experience. If you experience an issue, please contact us within 2 days of your completed services, and we will make every reasonable effort to resolve the concern. Our services warranty is as follows:

  • Acrylic, Shellac, Dip Nail Polish:

    • Nails Spa Village offers a complimentary fix on acrylic, dip, and shellac nail polish if the polish chips or lifts within the first 5 days. 

    • Repairs and fixes scheduled outside the guaranteed time below may require a new appointment at full price or an additional fee based on the complexity of the fix.

  • Traditional/Regular Nail Polish:  

    •  Unlike gel or dip, regular nail polish can chip or smudge easily if not fully dry and does not offer the same durability. Nails Spa Village is not responsible for chips, smudges or damage after you leave the salon:

    • If you have an issue, we will gladly fix your polish for you (polish fix/change fees may apply).

  • Nail Breakage/Tears:

    • Complimentary fixes and warranties do not apply to nail breakages: Nails can break or tear for a variety of reasons or causes.  For this reason, we cannot guarantee complimentary fixes if your nail breaks or tears/chips. 

    • If you have an unfortunate break/tear, we will work with you to make your nails appear beautiful again (fees may apply).

  • We are not responsible for dissatisfaction due to personal preference after service completion.  Nails Spa Village management does reserve the right to make adjustments at their discretion. 

 

Color Change Policy: 

  • Change your mind? We get it! If you decide a color is not for you once the services have begun, let us know, and we will help you find a color that will fit with you. 

  • If you decide to change your color after the service has been completed, a new appointment will be required at full price or an additional fee based on the complexity of the change.

 

Add-On Services

  • If you request an add-on during your appointment, we will accommodate it if time allows.

  • If the add-on requires extra time beyond your scheduled appointment, we may need to reschedule it for a later date.

  • Once an add-on service has been completed, it cannot be removed, refunded, or exchanged for another service.

 

Appointment and Cancellation Policy:

  • Appointments Recommended

    • Our amazing techs are often booked out days and weeks in advance, we recommend scheduling an appointment to secure your services with your preferred technician or on your preferred date. If the date/time requested is not available, we will schedule you for the first available date/time that works with your schedule, and we will try to fit you in earlier if cancellations allow. 

    • Walk-ins are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis, walk-in clients will be paired with the next available technician.

    • Nails Spa Village does not require a credit card to be held on file to make an appointment.

  • Late Arrivals

    • Things happen and that's why we have a 15-minute grace period to allow for the unexpected. We appreciate it when our customers call us to let us know. 

    • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may refuse service or can only guarantee partial services, depending on the level of tardiness.  We want to ensure that other clients are not penalized by someone else's tardiness (this protects everyone's time).

  • Cancellations/No Show

    • If you need to cancel your appointment, we ask that you call with as much advanced notice as possible to allow us to open that time slot to a client on our 'next available opening' on-call list or allow us to accept additional walk-ins.

    • Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings 

  • Gift Card Policy:

    • Gift card purchases or final and non-refundable.

    • Gift cards must be presented at the time of service to be redeemed. 

    • Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and hold no cash value. 

    • Nails Spa Village is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards. 

 

Lost/Forgotten Items:

  • Nail Spa Village is not responsible or liable for personal items left behind our salon. 

  • We will make every effort to return lost or forgotten items, if you lose something, or leave something behind, please call us.
     

Service Disclaimer: 

  • Nails Spa Village proudly follows strict sanitation protocols. 

  • Services provided at Nails Spa Village are provided at your own risk, we are not responsible for any adverse reactions, injuries, or dissatisfaction resulting from the service.

  • Clients should inform their technicians of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect their services. If deemed unsafe by NSV staff, Nails Spa Village may refuse to provide some or all services.
     

Right of Refusal: Nails Spa Village prides itself on being a welcoming, respectful, relaxing, and safe environment for our customers and staff. Because of this, we will reserve the right to refuse services under the following circumstances:

  • Disruptive or Inappropriate Behavior

    • Any form of harassment, abusive language, threats, or violence toward staff or other customers will not be tolerated.

  • Non-payment or Fraudulent Activity

    • Clients who fail to pay for services, attempt chargebacks, or engage in fraudulent behavior may be refused future service.

  • Failure to Follow Policies

    • Refusal to comply with our business policies, including appointment, payment, or cancellation policies, may result in service denial.
